We have been trading since 2024 and serve customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe and Pakistan. Online orders through this website ship within the United States only.

3. How we fulfil orders

We do not operate our own warehouse. We work directly with a specialist manufacturing partner and ship to you from their facility. Typical delivery is 8–18 business days from order to doorstep, free and fully tracked.

The price shown at checkout is the final price. Any import duties or customs charges are covered by us, and you will never be asked to pay anything extra to receive your parcel.

4. Accuracy of content

We take reasonable care to make sure the information on this website — product descriptions, specifications, pricing and availability — is accurate and current at the time of publication.

Even so, specifications supplied by manufacturers can change without notice, and errors do occasionally occur. Nothing on this website is a binding representation that a product will have a particular specification. Our products are intended for domestic use with household pets, by adults, following the instructions supplied. Grooming and feeding equipment should be used with supervision, and new equipment should be introduced to a pet gradually.

We are not liable for injury or damage arising from misuse, modification, use contrary to the supplied instructions, or use by children without adult supervision.
