3. Products and descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including their limitations. Product images are for illustration; colours may render differently on different screens and packaging may vary.
We may limit quantities, discontinue a product, or decline an order at our discretion. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed.
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details.
If a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full even after confirmation.
5. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance. The contract forms when we dispatch your order.
6. Shipping and risk

8. Product use and safety
Our products are for domestic use with household pets. Please read and follow the instructions supplied.
Grooming and feeding equipment should be used with supervision. Introduce new equipment to your pet gradually. Do not use any product on an animal that is injured, distressed or unwell without first consulting your veterinarian.
Our products are not veterinary devices and nothing on this website is veterinary advice. If you have concerns about your pet's health, behaviour, weight or diet, speak to a qualified veterinarian.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, to interfere with its operation, or to scrape or republish our content without permission.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, images, product descriptions, and the Surkhab name and logo — is our property or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce it commercially without our written permission.
11. Your submissions
