Ordering & delivery

How long will my order take?
1–2 business days to process, then 3–6 business days in transit. Typically 4–8 business days total. Shipping is free on every order.

Where does it ship from?
Our US warehouse. Nothing ships from overseas, so there are no customs charges and no month-long waits.

Do you ship to Canada?
Not yet — we're US-only for now. Email us and we'll let you know when Canada opens.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, if it hasn't shipped — usually a window of about 24 hours. Email us as soon as possible.

Returns

What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery. Keep the original packaging and accessories, and email us before sending anything back.

Can I return it if I've used it?
Yes. You need to actually use a grooming tool on your pet to know if it works — testing it is not a problem. We just can't accept items with heavy wear or missing parts.

Who pays return shipping?
We do, if the item is faulty, damaged or not as described. You do, if you changed your mind.

How fast is my refund?
Issued within 2 business days of your return arriving. Your bank usually shows it within 5–10 business days.

GroomPro Grooming Vacuum

Will it scare my dog?
This is the question we get most, and it's the right one to ask. The GroomPro runs quietly — that was the main thing we specced for, because a loud grooming vacuum is one your dog will refuse a second time. Introduce it slowly: let your pet sniff it switched off, turn it on across the room, reward calmly, keep the first sessions short. Most dogs settle within two or three sessions. Some never mind it at all.

Does it work on cats?
Yes, and it's excellent for long-haired cats. Cats are generally more sound-sensitive than dogs, so go slower with the introduction.

What breeds is it best for?
Double-coated and heavy shedders get the most out of it — Golden Retrievers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Labs, Corgis, Australian Shepherds, Border Collies. It works on any coat, but that's where you'll see the biggest difference.

Do I have to empty it constantly?
No. The 2L canister handles a full session on a large dog. Release, tip, rinse.

Can I use it on the couch and car too?
Yes — the cleaning nozzle and crevice tool are for exactly that.

PetView Smart Feeder

Is there a monthly subscription?
No. Video records to a local SD card and the app is free. No monthly fee, no features locked behind a paywall, ever.

What Wi-Fi does it need?
2.4 GHz — the standard band on virtually every home router. If your router broadcasts a single combined network, you may need to separate the bands during setup. Email us if you get stuck; we'll walk you through it.

What if the power goes out?
Battery backup keeps the feeding schedule running. You'll lose the camera feed until Wi-Fi returns, but your pet still gets fed.

What food does it take?
Dry kibble, roughly 2–15 mm. Not suitable for wet, semi-moist or raw food.

How much does the hopper hold?
6L — roughly two weeks for a medium dog, longer for a cat.

Can I use it for more than one pet?
It dispenses to one bowl, so it works best for a single pet or for pets who share happily. It can't portion per animal.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus the express wallets shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely — we never see or store your card details.
